As mentioned above, if the pipe/tube isn't bending/deforming, then it isn't the problem.
BUT looking at the picture again, I would recommend an actual breaker bar instead of that ratchet.

I agree on the ratchet part. Just so you all know the thin wall tubing I’m useing is not your run to home depot kind of pipe it’s a structural tube made of advance high strength steel so it can handle what I’m useing it for.

it shouldnt take a breaker bar to turn a used engine...sounds like a good way to shear off your balancer bolt. it probably swallowed a valve or the rings are welded to the cylinder wall.

I got a 28inch braker bar on the crank and no movement clock/counter wise. Now what? I want to pull the transmission to make sure that’s not the issue and to see what the fly wheel looks like.

Can you put it in gear and try to tock it back and forth? You should get some good leverage by trying to turn the flywheel . Also since you have the oilpan off can you see any bent rods to the pistons?

Pull a camshaft bearing cap off and see if it's scored. If the engine was run out of oil the first bearings to get starved of lubrication would be the ones at the top of the engine.

Pulling the trans could be a waste of time. Even if something in the clutch or trans was locked up you would still have some kind if movement at the crank from the input shaft twisting slightly. The splines at the clutxh disc would allow a little back and forth..

If the crank pulley is really completely frozen, then I would be calling junkyards looking for a block

Craigslist is a good place to find engines or start calling local junkyards. Either way I’m still interested in what locked up.

So vvti won’t work? What about a motor that has a auto transmission will the motor mount up to my manual transmission?

1grfe is single vvti. Some 4.0 v6s from 4runners and fjs had dual vvti after a certain year. If it came from a 05-15 tacoma, itll only be single vvti. I think on 2012 they added a bunch of epa crap to the engine, and i believe 05 and 06 had head gasket issues

As mentioned, avoid '05-'06. Other than that, any '07-'15 Tacoma 4.0L. If you end up with '12-'15, there's a little extra work, but worth it if you get a low mileage motor. Only thing wrong below is that he meant right valve cover.
