    Hello!
I am finally maybe gaining enough courage to post on here. I am new to this whole world and bought a 2014 Tacoma 4WD back in 2016. I am very aware that the pictures I am about to post probably don't show enough information but, my main questions for now are about my suspension/lift (???). I read the "suspension FAQ read this post" post, but I still need help. I know that I have Bilstein shocks and... it pretty much ends there with my knowledge. I want to learn! So if you could help a girl out, that would be awesome. Also, my side mirror blinkers don't work and I THINK it's because they were never wired properly or at all. They haven't worked since I bought it and I took it back to the dealership and they wouldn't do anything about it so, here I am.

PS- I have not done anything to this truck myself (except the stickers and license plate). I bought it all like this. Thanks!!

    Welcome!

From the pictures, it looks like Bilstein 5100 shocks with OME coils and maybe an Add-a-leaf in the rear?

As for the turn signal mirrors, is your truck a TRD Sport? Sports come with a hood scoop and color matched rear bumper and grill surround and turn signal mirrors. I notice yours has everything but the hood scoop. If it is not a Sport, maybe someone added those parts and never hooked up the mirrors.

Thanks!! Umm, ha (I really am new) I want to say it's an SR5, but it does have an outlet in the bed and I read somewhere those are only offered in TRD Sports??

Also, I am well aware I should know at least that information from buying it but the salesman was an idiot (that's rude but true) and honestly, told me a bunch of lies (classic). :/ So I am trying to learn everything on my own.

The outlet in the bed comes on the TRD's, not the SR5. Does it have a rear locker? If it is a TRD Off Road, then it will have a button to the left of the steering wheel that says RR Diff Lock. If not, then it is a Sport with no scoop for some reason.

You might want to post about it in your regional section of the forum. It was likely a member's truck with all those parts on it. If you can find the original owner, maybe he or she can tell you all about what they did to it.

Great idea, but sounds hard to find an original owner here. But I'll do it! Thanks for everything
