Trying to place orders with mine and my co-workers factories this morning. I email myself a PDF file version of the PO, the PO number in the email subject is correct, but the PO itself in the attachment is some bullshit fucking test PO number with a bullshit company name as the factory, and Herman Munster as the customer. WTF is going on IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

What did you get for a motor? I'd just mount it on the boat and run it if it were me.

 

I've got a little attachment that goes on the hose and clamps over the intake ports on the lower. Built a ghetto stand out of old 2x4s.

Same. Might as well just hang it and go. The break-in will go a lot faster if you're actually going somewhere, rather than just making bubbles in a trash can.

Muffs. I used them to flush the motor out this spring and give it a test fire to make sure it still ran before I bothered putting the boat in the water. But you're limited with those; can't run the motor over 1000 Rpm or so.

But I've only got a 15horse so it's easy ish to move around.

 

I wish I could... the rule is, if you can work from home, then you "have to". Especially in my case since my team is only myself and my co-worker, and if one of us is not there, the other HAS to be, to cover.

I'll be putting a cap on at some point so the cushioned mat might be a nice thing to have and I like how it covers the gap between the tailgate and the bed.
