I agree with @Matic and his points made. I'm all for helping someone out, but I'm much more likely to help when someone does their due diligence and research before hand, so that they can ask more educated questions. An example would be "Which OME coils would you recommend for my set up?" vs "What's the best 3" lift?".

The information can be difficult find because it's scattered across many threads, but it's not impossible. I was able to piece together my first based on my own research.

These people spoil it for all the newcomers that genuinely deserve help.

They create a TW account and immediately post something like, "My headlights don't work. The fuses all appear to be good. What could the problem be?"

They hang around for 10 minutes, don't get a reply, and never return to TW.

Or they hang around til they get 3 answers and then never return. They feel that since they posted "Thanks in advance" in their 1 and only post, that's all the interaction that is necessary.

Or they post -my headlights don’t work and get a response like: well, turn them on dummy. Or..... shouldn’t of bought a Tacoma. I’m pretty sure that’s a turn off for them as well.

Agreed, you can't run in to a crowd of people and yell your question out and really expect to get the right answer immediately. Maybe some do, but there are follow up questions that need to be answered to further help out.
