Here ya go! Video is poor quality but sound isn't as bad as I thought it would be for an iPhone 7.

    Stock everything except muffler back.

I haven't gotten to take it on the highway much, but I'm making a 300 mile round trip tomorrow so I'll keep you updated. From what I can tell so far, cruising at 60 in 5th gear isn't bothersome to my ears at all. Of course that might be different for others, but I can still hold a conversation at normal volume just like before. I assume when I get to higher RPM's I'll notice it more.

I can tell you that I definitely feel more "in tune" with the truck, hearing it rev and shift. It's obviously louder, but not obnoxious. Overall I'd say it sounds like a regular truck should sound. I'm very happy with it.

DISCLAIMER: I'm a 19 year old guy who was primarily interested in early muscle cars/trucks. My current group of friends/coworkers is more focused on the Euro/Tuner scene. So a 4.0 V6 with a muffler is very tame to me, but might not be to some of you more "mature" drivers. A.K.A old fogies.

    Sounds good !!

Here's what my old 3" setup sounded like with Flowmaster Delta Force 1 chamber race mufflers and 3" tail pipes

I dont know if i fall under that catagory.... 3" exhaust with a borla and super44, headers and ypipe.

I just hate the flowmaster drone thats all too common.

All your cats must be keeping the rasp down too.

That's bad ass. That reminds my of a 79' Berlinetta my dad had when I was young. My mom was pissed when he brought it home because his work truck wasn't working, and instead of fixing it, he bought that thing and tinkered with it for a few months.

I was gonna go with a Borla muffler actually, and then a Black Widow. I had flowmasters on my last truck though and I liked them, so I stuck with what I know.

Ive been thru 4 mufflers and 2 sets of headers trying to get the sound i liked.
These v6s are so easy to turn into a raspy or droning shitfest.

TBH I'm not 100% satisfied with it as of yet. You're probably right about the cats though. I'll probably stop where I'm at before I'm in too deep.

Drove 150+ miles today and it’s definitely noticeable around 1500-2000 rpm. Kind of like a hum in your ears. But it seems to quiet down higher up. I sat cruising at 70-80 at around 22rpm and the wind/tire noise was louder than the exhaust was. Totally unbiased opinion by the way.
