Yes, my does the same. I cranked the knob for the lumbar support all the way and it's pretty much gone. Will bring it up with SA at my upcoming 10k service.

The wheel slowly rolls back, so I roll it forward at least once a day. Even had whole lumbar assembly replaced under warranty and still does it, although not as bad. I also hear the pop/crunch sometimes.

Yes, I have the same issue, feels like a plastic bag of air or something. Please let us know if they tell you this is a fixable problem so I can take my truck in as well.

So I took my truck to the dealer for this problem the dealer replace the lumber rack with a new one and say it should fix the problem. I got the truck back but the problem still there and is actually feel worse. so I took it back to the dealer they say we look at it again. They had the truck for like 4hr the guy finally comes out and say there’s really nothing we can do we have done everything we can do. I say really? The guy say we kinda out of options and less Toyota haves a recall on the seat. They gave me the direct number for Toyota to call and made a complaint about the seat. so I did my suggestion is if you having this problem to call them to. The more people that calls the sooner they would do something for it. Here is the number for
    Toyota (800)331-4331

    Yes. Popping as well.

Also, slowly deflating on its own, so can’t set it and forget it. Already replaced lumbar assembly one time, and same thing with second one as well.

Edit: I see I already replied to this thread a while back.
