is it possible to support the bearing while pressing out the hub so that the bearing is re-usable?

I just recently replace both wheel bearings with OEM koyo bearings in my prerunner and have less than 1,000 miles on them and I am currently gathering parts for a 4x4 swap and would like to press in manual hubs if I can. It’s sunday and the machine shop is closed so I can’t call and ask but figured maybe one of you guys would have some insight

I'm pretty sure the answer is yes. I think you just have dummy hubs. Remove the nut and you can take them out and inserted axle shafts in place of them.

Aren’t 4x4 hubs splined on the inside for the cv axle to interface with the hub?
Would be amazing if all I needed to do was remove the dust cap on the back and get manual locks for the hubs

They also have another row of studs to mount the manual locks so my prerunner won’t work. I’ll need to press them out or get a whole used spindal, That would suck to go from brand new bearing to old used ones. Would also suck to put new bearings in because that was like almost 500$
