Finally built a set of truck drawers (pic heavy)

I have wanted to build these since my 1st gen, but finally had the time to do it. These were made based on the Pask Makes YouTube vid. Simple, functional and serves my needs perfectly.
The build was def time consuming and actually a bit more complicated than I expected. I am going to put a BedSlide on top of the drawer system just don’t have it yet.

After doing a bit of research, most people suggested using that amount. It ended up being exactly 100 bearings, which is what I bought on Amazon. Price wasn’t too bad anyways. Just more weight.

Damn looks killer. What would you guess as the final weight?

 

Also which kreg pocket jig would you suggest if you used that brand

 

I stupidly never weighed it, I was to anxious to get it in. My guess is around 125/150# ? I don't really notice it even loaded, but I have HD Dakars.

 

I did use a Kreg jig. I have the K4 setup. To me, that is the strongest joint for plywood because the screw crosses the laminations. I used Titebond 3 on all the joints as well.

I found a used Cargoglide and mounted it. Loaded my drawers and slide up with tools. I really love the setup!! May consider selling this cap and getting the bump up for more room?
I also need to add another leaf to my Dakars Until I can go with @Blackout14 leaf packs.
