    SOLD

2 stock 2004 Tacoma 4x4 leaf packs with Headstrong's 3 leaf AALs installed on them. Pulled these out over the weekend to install my new OME Dakar leaf packs.

The stock leafs have 63k on them and the 3 leaf AAL packs have about 30k on them.

They function great and still have life left in them, especially the 3 leaf AALs. These netted me 2.5" of rear lift on my 04 4x4 Xtra cab Tacoma, I only took them off because I'm running more weight in the back now with the roof top tent and camping gear that I normally carry on my trips.

$200, which is about the price of the 3 leaf AALs when new...so you get those plus relatively low mileage stock leaf packs for 2 Benjamins. Or make me an offer but if we agree to a price, that's what I'm taking (can't tell you how many times I sell something and people want to re-negotiate a lower price when they pick up, not gonna happen).

With only 63k on the stock leaves, they should have at least another 40k or more worth of life in them I would imagine.

No shipping as I'm sure it would be really expensive, these weigh over 100lbs together.

Located in Monrovia, CA (just east of Pasadena).

If you want 2.5" of lift in the rear, yes you should :D

You would need longer rear shocks than the stock ones though and probably a front lift as well...unless you really like the stinkbug look :notsure:

You could also remove the overload spring for 1.5" of lift instead, I kept it in for more lift but some people remove it.

In the rear I'm looking at getting Icon 2.0s, already have icon 2.5 extended travel with solo uniballs on the front sooo
I already have a stink bug look when empty... when hauling stuff it's even worse :anonymous:

Any idea how long these are? Curious if they'll fit in the trunk of my other vehicle....

These work great with the Icon 2.0s, I ran those shocks with these leaf packs for the past 5 or 6 months. As long as they're the Icon 2.0s that work with 0-3" of lift (the ones that Headstrong sells are).

Not sure how long these packs are, I'll have to measure when I get home. If I had to guess, I'd say about 3.5 - 4ft across? Probably about 55lbs each.

I didn't have my tape measure handy but I redneck measured them with my feet and they're ~5.5 ft long each.

No worries, can't hold that against you as that's the same setup I ditched this one for, lol. The Dakars have been great for me so far.

This is a good setup for 2.5" lift for someone not looking to carry a lot of weight and looking to save some money, I'm sure they'll sell eventually

@eon_blue what do you mean carry a lot of weight? How much can this set up hold vs OME set up?

There isn't much of a difference between the OME pack and the stock packs, I can load up my camping gear on the Dakars and see a slight change in height but with my stock pack I was loosing about an inch of height or more if it was a multi day trip. Talking close to 500lbs in the bed with the weight of the RTT, fuel, water and everything else.

I only load it up like that once a month at most, usually less so I didn't want to go with a heavy duty leaf pack.
