It’s eating to support the wife lol. But yah I’m full as hell, I also didn’t finish it all, but I probably won’t have lunch now and just make it to dinner, which will be a green chili pulled pork that’s in the crock pot.

Well my in-laws are in town for 10 days . I will probably put on as many pounds in the same time frame . Started with a blueberry muffin and half a chorriso burrito, lunch was the other half and supper fries, dinner bubba burgers with brisket burnt ends and who knows how many beverages . Can't move hard to breathe and need to get to bed soon . 1st world problems.

How many pushups and miles is
-Meso etc reinstalled and tapped to cig lighter wiring.
-Cig lighter wiring was repurposednl to 12v to 5v adapter to power my miracast.
-Constant hot from Blue Sea to cig lighter
-Techonish whatever P3 installed with plug and play adapter. Mounted to the right of the steering wheel just below temp sensor.
-Scan Gauge wired up a pillar, through roof, down the rear view mirror
-Rear view mirror wiring changed so constant is not connected. Haven't tested yet but should prevent homelink from working without switched power.
-Routed OBD2 splitter under the dash to my Transmission thingy, Ssp?
-Drilled and painted my cleat to Rocky Mount. Due to my MX4, I can't mount the Rocky Mount because the forks are blocked by the MX4. Trying to use the cleat and steel to drop and extend the mounting point of the Rocky Mount. Still unsure if I like adding functionality at the cost of security.

    Not Tacoma
-Put 5 trailer tires on myself. I will never do that again.

I was drenched in sweat all weekend. I feel like I should get some credit.

Atleast I got my bike mount done. Just don't think I'm going to keep it that way.

They are cheap as hell but seem to be working really well.

On the weak side, but some squats and deadlifts struggled through last night.

Who else is doing good things?

Not much this week as I trying to get over some type of cold/cough. Just some nightly stretching as I am that out of shape. Last hike I went on my range of motion was not what it should be and was sore afterwards.
Have two hikes planned for this weekend on Sunday and Monday at south mountain. Hope to get in around 6-7 miles and some good climbs with each one.

Do you go to a gym or have your own equipment?

Got my own earlier this year. Olympic barbell and plates off CL, basic power Rack and flat bench, and assembled a platform all in the garage.

Never been a real fan of lifting and knew a membership wouldn't get used. But tired of the soreness and weakness from past injuries and fully on the backside of my 30s.

Shoulder feels so much better and good to see progress. Even with a short walk out to the garage, there have been ups and downs with finding a groove and doing some but not too much.

    Nice setup!
Had a gym membership up until 5 years ago. It was 2+ years since I actually went to the gym so I finally cancelled it. Don't care for the gym much any more since I did more time sitting on the bike watching the women workout. I know there are weight bearing exercises you can do but I guess I am just used to weights. Thinking of getting some kettle bells to supplement the hiking/walking to get some muscle mass back.
Keep up the good work. Takes several weeks to get in some type of groove were you feel the need to get a workout in.

This looks awesome. Did you make that platform? What did you use for the rubber section?

I'm thinking a hike in the morning to loosen up after the Wednesday workout. Really want a ride in sometime.

Ever ride south mountain? Tons of cool trails and some just good let loose trails without too much technical stuff. Desert classic is awesome for just a cardio and leg workout without being technical.
