Looks good. My TW learnins have me looking for 0° camber, +2° or greater caster, -0.0X to for L/R. I strive for + or -- 50° LOL

Is there any interest of firing up another "possible" meet and greet? Maybe we can setup a time that's not so conflicting...

I have this smoker. It does great for pork butts and brisket. Kind of wish I went with wide, have to cut ribs in half. I bought the high temp RTV and mineral wool gasket stuff to fix all the leaks when I put it together. Looked at the egg. Do you want to smoke or grill? I don't know of any devices that do both well.

I like my cheap little smoker. Can do 4-5 pork butts at a time. Have done as much as a brisket, 2 pork butts and 4 racks of ribs all at the same time. Low and slow.

My old plant manager had one of the trailer smokers by Klose. Now if only they made them off road worthy. :bananadance:

Oh, we should do a pig roast for a meet sometime or something. :hungry:

Well, once I get my (second, larger) egg, I will build a proper cooking area.

    However, been looking at CBI.

    And, Cooper tires.....in 255's but.......

I'm not seeing that much of a difference in width and weight from my 285's.

I went with Pelfreybilt for the front and have been shopping around for the rear (want high clearance with dual swing, and Pelfreybilt hasn't made it yet.). Brute force fab looks solid, inexpensive and has had some good reviews from TW members. I really like the look of their swingouts.

Actually, that's what I love about the BGE. It can grill or smoke, really well.
