So I have all of my front end lift items in or en route, but not all of my rear items (springs, bolts, etc)

I know I will need an alignment after doing the front (~2-2.5 inches) which would basically level the truck or maybe a slight cali-lean with a few year old leafs.

But when I put in the rear leafs and the tail goes back to a several inch rake, would I need to redo the alignment? I assume it would change the caster angle enough that I would need to have it redone.

    Can anyone validate my thoughts?

I would wait to get it aligned till you finish everything up (if thats going to be relatively quickly). Otherwise you might need to get it dialed in again after raising the rear. Most of the time you dont need an alignment after messing with the rear, but i just lowered my truck 3.5” (left the front stock till i could access a spring compressor) in the rear thinking it would be okay, and now i need an alignment because the steering wheel is turned out 90 degrees to the left..

I read that when you lift or lower the rear and dont do the front, it still changes the caster angles which affect your alignment
