I’m about to purchase this truck. Cement, off road with navigation and technology package. I was really wanting to get it with the premium package but I can’t find one. Should I go for this one or continue to look? Cement trucks don’t sit on the lot very long here.
The truck pictured has a msrp of $38,108 but I can get it for $36,680. But it or keep looking?

Don't spend $40k on a truck if it's not exactly what you want. You'll regret not exercising a little more patience up front for the rest of the time you own the truck.

I would try talking them down a little bit on the price.

You are the only one that can make the call. I personally would not pay for the premium package.

You have to ask yourself if you can live without the features it's missing or not. I've learned I can easily live without navigation (have it on my phone), xm radio (I stream through my phone), don't need backup sensors when I have a camera, don't want or need push button start. Once you determine how important features are then you can make a decision. Sounds like it's the color you want, now would you buy one in another color that had all the features this one is missing?

Once the wife seen cement nothing else would do. The premium package includes leather and that’s important, the other features not so much. Pretty sure we’ll jump on it.

Leather can be added through Katzkin. If thats all you want then its no big deal.

All depends on how bad you want the features, for me if I have AC, power windows and locks, and bluetooth I'm good to go.

If you really want the technology package then expand your search or order it. I have no clue what's in the technology package but you have to decide how much you want it. I was very specific about what I wanted when I bought my truck new and had to drive 6 hours to get it. The dealer said they couldn't get it without ordering it. That just means the other dealers wouldn't trade with them or they didn't want to go through the effort. So... on this truck, are you willing to give up the technology package for it?

    None that matter.
Might just be me, but isnt that Silver Sky Metallic, not cement? I thought cement was the darker gray?
Not sure where you are at, but I paid ~35k for my 2017 TRD OR DCSB here in CO with the premium and tech package (no jbl though), though that was when they were trying to get them off the lot. Either way, if you like do it, but you don't want to regret it in the future!

For us the technology package and nav are a must and this truck has it. Ya, I’ve been looking at the Katzkin kit but it seems strange buying a new truck and ripping out the brand new covers. Oh well, I guess I gotta get over it.

That is cement. Depending on the lighting, it will appear shades lighter or darker.

I have the tech and premium. Love them both and personally if I ever went to another truck without premium, Id miss it. This is coming from someone that has never had any of it before.

Beautiful truck! Which features were you specifically getting the Premium for? Like everyone above said...get the truck you want. When you are spending over 35k on a truck, be sure to get it right! I paid a lot for the third pedal but glad I did. Most of the other features of the TRD Sport are just icing for me.

Good luck and keep us updated!

We’re making the 100 mile trip to the dealer and are 99% sure we’ll get it. Kind of wanted running boards but they cost $650 and I’m sure I could find nicer aftermarket ones for the same amount.
Katzkin leather is $1,500 installed with a free rental car.
