Awake. Will have to be functional part of society shortly. Guess I’ll gave to shower and dress accordingly. Husbands Cooper I have to take to service this morning...

Moved 1.5 yards of landscape rock this weekend. Another .75 today or tomorrow to finish the one bed area.

Day 8 of fasting. Still feeling good. I’ve set and end date of Wednesday eve. I’ve got meat to smoke for this weekend and I want to enjoy it!

Stay safe and enjoy your Monday!

Have been considering moving to the North Shore of Lake Superior. Love it there and spend 3 weeks grouse hunting in the fall every year. Been thinking maybe 6 months there and 6 months someplace warmer during the winter. Friend lives in Silver Bay North of Duluth and sent me a picture of his ice fishing shack sitting on his snowmobile trailer this morning.

    may21SteveSilverBay.jpg

Well OK maybe only 5 months on the North Shore. Be bug season there soon, once the snow stops LOL. Skeeters are already out here and won't break much over 50 degrees today. But I'm good with temps in the 50's.

Never been on North Shore. Been to Duluth and Superior. Wifes parents used to live outside of Superior in South Range. I always enjoyed going up there.

My friend Steve that lives in Silver Bay and I were talking about it this weekend at the Sweet 16 shoot. He actually likes the sand and South Shore better than the North Shore. I kind of like the rocky nature of the North Shore better and the Canadian Shelf. And less ticks!

Just got done getting my Truck washed , I've gone here now 2x's and it's like it was just detailed . Only thing I request is to retract the brushes inside the tunnel as I don't want the paint scratched

Well... Taco is back at the dealership. Problems after frame swap. Extremely soft brakes, bed lights not working, loose heat shields, pulse in the brake pedal, misaligned wheel well, high frequency vibration in steeringwheel and pedals at highway speeds, wheel torques way too high and all over the place and to top it off they couldn’t wash it when they have their own car wash.:annoyed:

Weather has a bad case of the Mondays! Blahhh!!!
    Otherwise, all good:burp:

The only time I do mechanical wash is winter for the underflush (for all the good it did) and is a touch less wash. Summer washes are by hand in the driveway

We've got hard water that stains the paint , I've tried it once after I got the ceramic coating and it left mineral deposit stains all over . I even did the (3) bucket wash method and it didn't help

Once I found out that the speedwash facility uses deiononized water plus a ceramic coating protectant I went there and was surprised how much cleaner and shiny the paint is
Plus they've got a wheel cleaner that sprays the wheels down with the same ceramic coat protectant and makes the wheels shine

Also the detail shop that did the ceramic coating on my truck recomended this facility

Our water is extremely hard (it clunks when spilled) it still spots a little, they must have the softener from hell. I drive around till the paint is dry. I’ll have to check for the doionize water.

Im finding that SW UT had really horrible hard water. My Inferno is covered in spots. I'll be having to find a commercial place to have mine done...

Just seeing what it will do for me. Theres a vid on Amazon Prime, The Science of Fasting. I found it intriguing. (Yes, theres quack doctors and can make anything 'good for you.' I checked with my own Doc and he said go ahead with it.)

Mostly water only. I had my morning coffee... I have had beef-bone broth with onion. I also had some water with powdered Gatorade (I was doing yard work in the heat, so it was much needed.) Ive still gone to the gym M-W-F for my hour with my personal trainer. I feel fine. Not dizzy or lightheaded. Im not hungry in the morning. I feel slightly hungry around 4pm, but it fades as I drink my water. Ive even cooked dinner for the husband and resisted the temptation.

Ive discovered that Im not hungry. But I DO crave food, especially meat/proteins. I do love bread/carbs, but its not what Im craving. Ive decided that I'll close this out Wednesday evening. It will take a day to ease back into solid foods (fruit juices, fresh fruit, cooked veggies, raw veggies, yogurt, cheeses, then finally meats.) Just in time for our cooking campout over the holiday weekend!!

Yes the maximum axle spread I believe is (don't quote me on this as might be wrong!! ) 8ft . Yes he had the axle spread to wide more than Calif DOT requires for these trailers
