Best Sound Deadener and Insulation Sheets?

I'm looking to add some sounds deadening sheets that help with noise and temps. What's the best stuff out there?

I'm planning on doing the install myself so if it's easy to cut and apply is even better.

This is some of the BEST deadener on the market. Its really easy to use, simple to cut and the thickness isn't buffed by a super thick alum foil that serves no dampening or deadening value

Thanks! I was looking at those but had no idea. Should I add the black foam too?

 

With the Shok deadener, it also acts like a dampener and you will find you most likely will not need the "black foam". Using the shok deadener i have no use for the foam pads but with the use of other deadener i have.

I just ordered Package 1 to do the doors and rear wall of my access cab.

 

Np, We have a superior adhesive and butyl formulation vs market.
Also, the thickness of our foil is about 1/4(1mm) that of the competition as we don't "buff" our deadener specs with foil thickness.Our deadener is also some of the thickest on the market.
