Is this a good deal??

Got offered this bed rack for $300. Just the rack itself no extras. Looking to use it for a roof top tent. Wanting to know if this is a good deal and if this will work for what I want. Thanks in advance.

Alright so I went to go pick it up and it didn’t fit the bed rails to mount. It’s about an inch off. Does anyone have any ideas? He said i can take it for $150 since I’d have to fabricate something. Looking for advice here. I’m located in San Diego if anyone would know how to weld I’ll pay someone to make something.

run a bolt through the plate and use a square nut on the back side of that rail. maybe.
2nd gen rack on a 3rd gen bed? oof

 

Looks like you could drill it and run some T nuts through it to the channel.

Yea its a second gen and I have a third gen. Thanks for the advice guys! You know where and what size I could find those nuts and bolts y’all are talking about?
