    Holy crap! Wilcos customer service is terrible. I emailed them immediately after my order bc I wanted to add something to my order and got no reply. 3-4 weeks is what the website states is the time for the hitch gate solo. I placed my order March 18th. I've called everyday this week, with no answer or call back. I emailed and fb messaged them with no reply. Spent almost a grand with extras and don't even know the status.

    Thanks for trying! Super bummed out. Tried to call again this morning and no answer on their sales or customer service line. It's a product I was looking forward to add to my truck. But I guess I should start the process of getting my card to refund me so I can put it towards one of the bumper with swing gate options.

    Nope wedge lock keeps it very sturdy. There will be normal inertia movement but no rattling at all.

    Unfortunately the rep that used to be on here quit the company a while ago, so the only way to find out that info is to contact the people at Wilco. Since Erik left the company has been non existent with me as well.

    Just bought a swingout hitchgate from Wilco. They were in the process of moving to a bigger building and they were still on top of my order. Got nothing bad to say about them and my experience. I worked with Hunter, he’s all right. They even gave me a pretty cool snapback hat.
