You mentioned they accused you of a hit and run etc. but when confronted with evidence did they actually admit fault?

 

No the guy said he would need to speak with the owner, driver and their insurance co. Before providing any information.

 

Ok, well at least the biggest obstacle (finding out who it is) can be checked off.

A package was taken off my door step, I have pictures of the culprit. Any takers? You get first dibs on beat down. I get to finish him off tho ok?

 

A couple years back I had a driver enter my occupied lane I ran up over the curb bent the rim and popped a wheel bearing/alignment. Called cops went back and forth exchanged info blah blah. I called his Insurance company State Farm filed a claim they denied it driver said I cut him off.

I said okay fine filed a warrant for debt went to court I asked if they wanted to settle for $1,000 in damage they said no. I said FUCKING awesome! Went into mediation judge asked who wanted to go first I said I they can go first. I let the at fault driver explain his story (under oath) I then explained mine.

I explained my side then when I got done I said your honor I would like to have this video admitted for evidence of accident and perjury the attorney about shit himself for insurance company goes wait wait you have a video I said yes sir. Judge said this changes things a little here. I said it does. Attorney starts bitching I then said your insured said I cut him off which was a lie and you denied my claim. So I said now I want $2,500 as I had 16 hrs of work missed for all the running around shop time for the truck and one day rental car and my time.

We went back and forth for about an hour of him bitching that was an unethical thing you did blah blah I said lets talk about unethical here your insured lied under oath we can let the court decide how much i should get now (I have all my pay stubs shop bill and rental car bill etc) or would you like to settle now? he said let me talk to my insured I said fine you have 2 minutes starting now or my offer is null and void i will be right out side in the court room and will let the judge decide the fate here if you don't settle. He came back in quite fast and told the Judge we had came to a settlement. He then apologized for his clients total stupid behavior and asked the court for forgiveness. they finally paid but it took them almost 2 months to get me the check and they paid me $3193.67 why I don't know I didnt ask.

 

Anyone suspect a spouse of cheating?? No need for PI, we’ve got eyes everywhere bros.

I was really hoping the Judge would have held him for Perjury.. But the look on the Attorneys face after he had been defending the lying sack of shit was priceless.

 

A lawyer can’t be blamed if his client lies or is caught lying. There are release forms to set a lawyer free of liability. He can only defend based on his clients side of the story and evidence to support it. It would be the client who goes down for perjury...

 

At least filing a false claim.
