Hello, my name is Ryan and I’m a new Tacoma owner. :) I finally traded in my 2000 Durango (I bought new in ‘99) that ran great with 225k miles, for a 2017 Tacoma SR 4x4 3.5L. I’m loving everything about it.
I am having a difficult time finding information on this model. I’m trying to install OeM foglights and have tested the relay spot and and I’m prewired. I think I have to get a new headlight switch because the foglights are wired into the steering wheel? I was hoping for a switch.
I did find 2 prewired plugs behind my blanks to the left of my steering wheel. I cannot find any information on what those are for. I tried to test them but didn’t have any luck. I’m guessing they are for “s-Horn” (no idea what that is for) and DRL, but am not certain.
If anybody can point me in the right direction on a 2017 SR wiring diagram etc, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for reading, Ryan
