Losing Weight

I will try for it if magic pill works best me. Does there any side effect? I would like to ensure before trying. Thanks!

 

Sugar is a major factor to the unwanted pounds. It's hidden in many foods you are fooled into thinking are healthy. MANY of the protein bars on the market today are simply a glorified candy bar. Don't be fooled by natural sugar vs man made sugar either (many are) sugar from fruits and vegetables are simply processed differently than man made shit. My best advice to weight loss is avoid fried foods & dairy products (eggs are a dairy by product they don't count) Booze is another factor that doesn't help the weight loss dept. That doesn't mean no more booze if you like beer look for (Stoney's or Straub) they have no bad additives in them no sugar and are low carbs. Or if you're like me I prefer titos vodka soda water with lemon and lime tastes just like a soda would. I've followed the simple steps above and purchased a centrifuge juicer I juice it first thing every morning on an empty stomach and it has worked wonders. Usually juice carrots only but I often add an orange, apple, grapes, and strawberries..
