Its a large but lightweight box, so I would assume shipping wouldn't be more than $20.

Hate to be a pain, not familiar w/ the clips, would you mind sending me/posting pics of damaged clip? Do you think it would rattle at all?

 

I'll probably order one friday when I get paid, then how ever long it takes to get here from china.

 

Sure, I can snap a picture when I get home. The clips have a small inner clip to them and that is what broke, not the major outside clip that actually holds the piece on, if that makes any sense. Also, you could snap off everyone of the clips and it wouldn't rattle around. The whole thing is help on by 8 screws. The clips are more for alignment while installing than anything else and there are a ton of clips. I haven't seen anyone be able to remove the grill and surround without breaking at least one or two of the tiny inner-inner clips.

 

It can be done (I did it) but it takes like half an hour and isn't worth it. If I have to repaint mine I'm just cutting them off.

The clips aren't actually holding the grill on once it's on, they're not engaged. The screws do the holding. I don't really understand why there's so many clips to begin with. Probably something to do with making mass-production easier when there's several different versions of the grill.
