The rear adjustment is "did the frame get bent".

this looks like an alignment check not an alignment that was done, those RED numbers should correspond to the ranges shown to the right column specified range if it was done right

firestone "toe and go" literally every time i took my truck there they did the same thing. I gave up and took my truck to a custom alignment shop and they got it into spec in 45 minutes. firestone had my truck for 3 hours and managed to make the alignment worse

also not to mention firestone flattened out my lower control arm cam gussets.

My firestone used to be great, but this is now my experience when I got as well. Truck drives worse and worse with every alignment...

    All alignments depend on

    1) the integrity of the shop as a whole (management expectations of staff),

    2) the care and calibration of their equipment, and

    3) the skill and work ethic of the actual tech doing the work.

You can get a good alignment if #2 and #3 are in place. Which often depends on #1.

Firestones are franchises, as most big box shops are. It's a roll of the dice, and you'd better know what you are looking for.

Finding a quality smaller shop is usually easier. I start by looking for ones that put out top notch autocross alignments, because they are willing to think outside the 'specs'.

No, you won't get some budget friendly 'lifetime' alignment. But you will get a real one.

I just got a kickass alignment, took 3 hrs and 4 test drives. Had the infamous cooper maxx pull to the right so they switched tires around, ended up doing a split caster with 3 degrees left and 3.5 degrees right and its perfect. Cost me $129 at a small family owned wheel shop with people who care.
Week before I got an alignment at a "chain store" which cost more, they were not willing to adjust caster beyond factory recommendation and to top it all off they only finger tightened all the cams so it drove like shit almost immediately..

The Firestone near me is God-awful.. Not sure about the other ones, but they messed up so bad, never going back.
