TOYOTA ENGINE 2.7 engine not starting 3RZ-FE, engine turns

    1999 Toyota Hilux (Tacoma) TOYOTA ENGINE 2.7 engine 3RZ-FE
    Bog standard 2WD ute
    last week, I got in the cab, turned on the ignition, and tried to start, there was a loud bag from under the hood, I engine turns over, but does not fire, I can not see anything wrong, took off the coil packs, not split or damaged, the loud bag sounded electrical, but no smell, no signs of damage, no fuses blown, driven About 230,000 Km, taken out the plugs, look wet, new leads, no sign of damage, what blow up? Any ideas. Thanks
