I just swapped out an older aftermarket double din unit with a new Android auto enabled headset. It seems that the previous owner purchased a dash kit and opted to use the flimsy plastic brackets instead of hanging on to the sturdy, metal OEMs from the factory.

After years of wear, the plastic brackets are on their last leg. I've found plenty of replacement kits online, but what I'd really like to get are some OEM or equivalent metal mounting brackets.

Anyone know where I can find them?

These look to be part numbers

    Right

    Left

A quick google search found lots of results, seeming to be in the +/-$15 range, each. A bit steep for metal brackets, but I suppose all factory parts are overpriced.
