I really hate to do this, but be warned.

April 10th I ordered a pack rack from them, It's supposed to be here tomorrow. That's 6 weeks, not the quoted 4, per their website.

After numerous calls and e-mails over the past week or more, I have now come to the conclusion that their customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. Not one time has a call been returned to notify the status of the order, and my original e-mail was also ignored. Management ignored my calls as well.

After waiting so long, without a response, I purchased materials to build my own rack. Even after requesting that the company give a small refund, they still refuse to do anything. They are even demanding the "policy" of a 20 percent restocking fee, as well as paying for return shipping, if I refuse the order. They claim to have shipped it out on May 10th, however, UPS showed no record of a shipment (other than a label being created) until this morning. Somehow, the package appears to have made it all the way from California to Illinois, with no record from UPS. Mysteriously, Allpro was able to send out a tracer, and UPS now shows the package in Illinois. On May 10th, I called to cancel, but they said it had already shipped.

I feel that I was more than patient with them, and they have made no attempt to handle the failures on their end of the transaction. I'm not saying this will happen to you, but be warned, they will make no effort after they have your money.

Trail gear just acquired them recently. was thinking of going their long travel but it had a huge lead time since they were moving jigs. glad i decided to go total chaos instead.

Sorry for the experience OP. Yeah All Pro is pretty much dead to everyone here!

I wish I had known. Absolutely terrible. They wouldn't even go as far as giving me any money back, even after admitting fault. All I can say is, that rack had better be pristine when it does show up! ;)

yeah there's a page on All Pro's website (at least there was a few weeks ago) saying that they were merging with Trail Gear. Their customer service went down the toilet when that happened but Trail Gear has always been good to deal with from what I've heard, so hopefully once the merger is complete it'll get better.

As far as I know quality has never been the issue, just the lack of service so you should be good to go when it arrives. Hang in there.

Agreed, it's not the quality of the product but more has to do with their customer services which doesn't exist since fall of last year!

I've heard that the leaf packs are subpar quality from multiple members on here, FYI.

Only heard good things about the bumpers though, that's if they show up lol.

    Some stuff here and there
I have an all pro leafs pack, and although they used to be good from what I've read from the old threads, this pack is going to need replacing soon and it's only been a year... Would not deal with them again.

I finally got it in, and welded up. It's a nice rack, unfortunately, overall buying experience, and customer service sucked. Probably the worst transaction I have ever been involved with.

Here because I was trying to find the other thread started about the merger. IMO for a first gen the Allpro bumper is better looking than the trail gear one- I hope this merger makes the Allpro stocked up and cheaper. What I don't like is that you can't use any OEM fitting skid plates, you have to use Allpro... if trail gear modifies the jig to fix this, that would be the tits.
