    You're a bit off man...

235/85/16s are much closer to a 265/75/16. If you were to compare that to a stock 265/70/16 (stock on the OR and 6-lug SR5 models), you're talking about the tire actually being slightly larger than stock. Calculated at about 1", but likely less when it's inflated and on weight on wheels.

I know 235/85/16s have a slightly larger diameter than stock. That's exactly why I plan to get them.

The guy I was talking to wants to run 235/60/16s. Those tires are significantly smaller than stock diameter.

Got it, "those" tires on the quote weren't the ones you actually listed in the whole, my bad.

    Head unit. That's it.
    So, 235's is a thing?

I was looking at 255's, and noticed there wasnt much difference in weight and load ranges between them and 285's.

I'll have to look around and see who offers 235's I reckon....

Aloha! I have been looking into getting the same wheels and was wondering how the skinnies look with a negative offset. If you ended up going this route would love to see some pics!!

My sit a little wider than the fender flares from the negative offset.

Thanks! Both of your trucks are sick! I have seen them with about a -10 offset, but curious on what they look like with a -25 offset since those are the wheels I’m looking at. Been searching through threads but haven’t found much haha

Other than the noise, they don't run bad down the highway. Especially for a bias ply tire. They will go through anything you want to put them through. I will try to post some pictures tomorrow. There is a picture of it on the 98-2000 only thread if you want to check there. Its post no. 951 under 98-2000 only

After a loooong long wait and much arguing because UPS sent my tires to a different state  my tires finally came in :D I kind of wish I would’ve gone 265, but Im already getting used to how skinny they really are. I absolutely love them regardless!
