What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

The tailgate is the best bench ever! I like to open my garage drop the tailgate, sit my lazy ass on it while drinking a cold Brew and watch my 5yr old son shoot some hoops and yell attaboy everytime he makes one. Every now and then I'll shoot one from where I'm sitting and let him know who's the boss!

 

You're not the only one, but not because of rain. It's in the mid to upper 90s here, sunny and humid, this whole weekend. This is July or August weather, and an unusually hot one at that.

Everything is a trade off. Our gas prices are $2.70 for regular. Home prices are reasonable. Pay around $2600 for real estate taxes. So things could be worse.

Had a buddy of mine install my BAMF shock relocation, leaf springs and king 2.5" smoothies. A productive 2 days.

So my reattached roof drip moldings decided to lift off at interstate speeds; I caught one and rescued it while the other one went AWOL and is MIA.


So if someone has some takeoffs from their truck that they would like to sell: Let me know please.

Otherwise it was some cosmetic work for now:







I am very hesitant to do anything electrical now on this truck due to the issue that it had in my previous post. Not being a daily or even weekly driver makes it worst when it comes to issues since they do not become apparent.

 

Installed the fake 124 dollar trd grille and still waiting for the A.R.E overlander camper shell to come in!

 

Its a little sketchy on soft sand. Should have parked a little closer to the water. Small but functional. Just a place to sit down to eat. Not for hanging out. Hanging out happens on the tailgate!!!

 

They should be able to get rolled/coiled up and fit into a large rectangular box. Not sure if the large flat rate box will do the trick but I am happy to pay for shipping to replace my missing stuff.

 

That sucks man I just replaced mine. Crazy the lowest I could find those was 70 a side! Prices are insane on those.

 

Fairfax is good at collecting money... All the red light cameras around the area have grown exponentially.

 

What are the part numbers? I haven't event looked around yet for them. Truck has 1100 miles on it and I have had more issues with this than my old German Cars in the same time frame.

 

Do those work with the radar unit behind the toyota logo? Haven't done any searching into this yet.

 

Mine is a 2016 I never heard of that before.
