    I’m on 1 hour of sleep in the last 33. That was at a rest stop north of Lubbock. I pulled off 1083 miles before I had to take a break. Made it home in 27.5 hours covering 1479 miles.

    So barely alive. Need to stay up a little longer and hen crash hard af

    Fees that high is nuts. My HOA dues are $150 for the year, and everyone knows what they cover. Common areas are taken care of, and when someone’s yard is out of whack I speak to them. None of this “official notice” shit. We’re an all volunteer community-owned HOA, and we treat each other with respect.

    The dues for the community next to me are $125 a month. For that they get two small playgrounds and a pool that is more pee than water. They have a member board, but it’s run by a management company...who drives around looking for “violators.” They’re scum.
