'09 T.Tacoma 4 cyl,2wd, automatic

I've been unable to track down the reason the turn signals and instrument panel lights won't come on in my '09 TT. Have replaced both front ts bulbs and the flasher but no change. Also checked relevant fuses. Any ideas?
