Stopped by the Bird Hospital (Sanctuary) and unfortunately the Black Skimmer I rescued passed away :pout:. They mentioned that it had puncher wounds probably from some crows, and was real weak.

A nice day here so far, as the rains have stopped. Listening to Earl Pitts, y’all have a great day!!

That sucks that he can get away with that crap, I like your comeback.

    We have more leverage

I tell the customer they are right and I will get someone else to fix the issue, should be here in a couple of days.

    Then they seem ok.

And when it is their fault, I make sure everyone else knows.

    Good Day :hattip:

    It's National Donut Day
Today temps in 60s and less humid :kona:

I have 2 riders, 2 year old Husky and 18 year old Murry. Neighbor used to give me hard time because Murry wasn't a John Deere. It has no hood. Looks like crap. Stepson refuses to use it. I keep it for cutting trails and bull work. Runs great.

    Hope so too.

Racks are somewhat like fingerprints with sometimes unique features.
Over the spread of several years, I've shot bucks in the same areas that I'm convinced are related. Same racks and same features on several.

Even with markouts, we still punched through a few waterlines while setting poles. We always hand dug when gas lines were close.

Agreed. We have harvested several buck which have the 'crab claw' tines on just the left side.

The Beach Rake was finally able to get out this morning after the Storm. Glad to see the locals back fishing.

I hate when I do that. But, when I do I still make coffee, still grab a (quick) shower and pack a quick lunch. I always felt "rushed" or like I was behind all day. Now I go in and, if I don't feel like doing the entire 10, I'll take a an hour or 2 leave then start fresh the next day.

I wanted to get one for the dunes when I worked over there but it was cost prohibitive. Then I learned they had rented one and there were so many nails and staples in some areas they couldn't keep up with the magnets. I'd have still liked to have gotten one.

Good Copy on that. Barber makes a nice surf rake. There’s a lot of maintenance that has to be done daily to keep it up to par, the salt tears it up. How’s the pickup doing?

It's doing well so far. I haven't taken it on the freeway toward work yet today. The on-ramp where I get it up to speed is the next test. But I'm waiting for a call from a tile guy who's supposed to come and give a quote for the master shower.

The wife and I almost always do Friday dinner out somewhere. We alternate picking a spot, unless one of us has a particular craving... It's my Friday, and coincidentally, BOTH of us are craving seafood. Thinking about Bonefish Grill. Gotta make up our collective minds by 5PM!

Same thing back atcha about that good weekend!
