I can't take credit, read it here in another thread. TW ftw . Works great, we'll see how it holds up, but a cheap fix when the foam dries out.

Judging by that pic, pop the hood and look down to your left, right next to the radiator. Could be wrong, but that’s my best guess.

The toytec eibach springs came in today!

 

Hauled WAY too much weight today. If I'd of known it was 1,575lbs I wouldn't have even tried. I win the dumbass of the day award!!!! I have Dakar medium rear and it wasn't even sitting on the stock bump stops. Took it slow for about 6 miles.

What beep does this module control?

 

If anyone else runs Firestone air bags, I wanted to share with you what I did with my setup. I did this to reduce failure points and also to eliminate just another place I had to check before a long trip. I feel it also eliminated some "sounds" I had when the truck was flexed. Ok, I am going to try to explain the best I can, so bear with me. The brackets that the Daystar cradles bolt to are bolted to the leaf pack forward and aft of the axle with a slotted bracket and carriage bolts. I always thought this was a weak design, but at the time of my install I worked with what I had. I would check these on occasion for torque and just to make sure they hadn't shifted or come loose. When I installed my new Allpro Expo pack and u-bolt flip kit, I also ordered Wheelers super bumps with the intent of deleting my air bags. After recieving and installing my leaf packs, I wanted to keep my air bags. So I disassembled the super bumps and removed my OEM front bumps and screwed the Wheelers bumps into the OEM spot. They threaded right in and work awesome. This left me with the Wheelers base plate that the bumps were bolted to. Low and behold, when I bolted the base plate to the u-bolt flip plate, the Daystar cradle and bracket rested on the base and were spaced absolutely perfectly for my leafs and airbag reinstall. Well I rode like that for a while and it was fine, minus the "sounds". About 2 weeks ago I installed my slotted 3* degree shims from Headstrong and some extended brake lines, and my vibes were gone. I have OCD so a few days ago I crawled underneath just to recheck everything and got to looking at my airbag cradle brackets. I thought to myself, "those brackets are riding right on top of the Wheeler bump base plates on the flip kit plate, why not remove the carriage bolts, cut the flange off that the carriage bolts run through then just weld the brackets to the Wheeler bump base plate brackets, then you can eliminate having the brackets bolted to the leaf pack". My hopes were that this would eliminate the "sounds and creaks" when the leafs flex. Well it did, and it's a solid setup. There is also most no flex in the setup, I put a crow bar and attempted to cause it to flex and I could barely move it. I could've also just bolted the cradle base to the Wheeler bump plate too, instead of welding it, which would have worked just as well but I would have needed to drill a hole in the cradle base then bolt it to the bump plate, but any excuse to use my Hobart Handler I'll do it. Plus if my welds fail, I can always remove them and bolt them if that happens, but let's hope not. I hope I explained it ok, maybe the pictures will do a better job. Again, I did it mainly for the potential of doing away with the bolts on the leaf packs in hopes to reduce fail points. I did this in my driveway, took me about an hour per side. Also, pardon the POR15, I got a little sloppy with it.

 

Added a Gas Hole (+4 refuel efficiency)
