16" mag wheels and oversized tire.

I'm a former mechanic from MANY years ago. Just got a 2001 2wd Prerunner with 3.4L V6. I will be towing a small camp trailer and will need to upgrade fan blade with steeper pitch one as well as trans oil cooler. Any recommendations for those?
