I’m selling an Eezi Awn Series 3 1400 RTT, very lightly used. I have the full add on the Buy/Sell/Trade other.

Nice setup man! Are you from San Diego? I thought I saw someone advertising that bed rack locally here in San Diego.

Just spent a week at Custer State Park with the family!! CVT made the stay great yet again even with it dumping buckets of rain on us the first two nights...RTT is the best camping investment I have ever made!

Yes, it makes a world of difference... if it were raining in the daytime the annex would have also came out to keep gear and us dry. I am a big fan of options and this tent has a ton of them!!

The added ventilation of the skylights on ours is great. Plus we got to watch the downpour in all of its glory. I have added 2” of foam for the bed and some battery operated string lighting, but don’t really see many more modifications in the future. The best thing about these tents and our trucks is that they can all be modified to best suit the owners needs!!

Just picked this up from REI. Not an inch to spare against the tailgate.

Mine took 3 business days. Ordered on a Friday, it arrived at the store on Tuesday. I was then given 2 weeks to pick it up, but I didn't wait that long.

My @Cascadia Tents Mt Rainer stood up to some abuse last week with flying colors. Was down in SC for a skydiving boogie and several afternoons had major thunderstorms rolling through. One time we looked up and the clouds were swirling counterclockwise like either a building tornado or someone was summons demons from another dimension.

It tore up vendor tents and collapsed EZ ups but my RTT survived it all unscathed with no water getting in.

Do you plan to put the tent under your softopper when you go on trips? I've seen it done, just not sure if it would work with a short bed.

I've seen that as well, but no. I'm having an aluminum rack built for over the ST. Still in the design/quote range from the frabricator.

    Hey,
as I remember somebody wrote about double mattress for RTT. Is it possible to fold tent back if use 4 inch in total mattresses? I'm looking for topper foam.

I just put a 2" foam topper on mine and was able to fold it up. I am a side sleeper and before woke up with sore hips and shoulders. The foam topper really helped.

I utilize a 3" double memory foam mattress on top of the OEM CVT Shasta Summit mattress. With sheets and down comforter I'm able to fold it up but need to sit on the tent for a bit to allow it to compress. It doesn't seem to stress the hinge side but it does have an aluminum floor. With MF pillows no way it would close, they go in bags and stored on top of the tent under the travel cover. I'm a side sleeper as well and it really is heaven. The only downside with the MF is It's heavy AF.

I added a 2" memory foam on top of the mattress that came in my CVT. I fold it up with sheets and 1 or 2 sleeping bags in it no problem. If I try to leave pillows in there it's a bit of a PITA to get closed, and I worry about bending something, so pillows go in a bin in the bed.

I’m planning to add a RTT to my short bed taco, but live in an apartment building with a semi-secure garage (locked gate but anyone can get in if they want really). Is there anything that you guys would recommend that would protect the RTT from thieves or vandals? I almost wish there was a lockable hard case for these things.

    Thanks.
