    Chopped onions, carrots, and celery tossed in some flour on the bottom. Two chicken breasts with some thyme, sage, and rosemary laid on top the veggies. A cup of stock ( I used some home made chicken stock). Salt and pepper and let cook on low for 4-5 hrs. Take chicken out and cube it. Throw it back in with some peas and cream and cook for a few more minutes.

    I mean I do only have like 6 or 7 people coming... But SC doesn't recognize my cal its kinda the Cali of the south east
