It's no canbus communication to the cluster. Not getting temp information (E) is the clue.
Maybe simple as connector reseat on rear of cluster (large connector), cluster problem, or canbus wiring issue somewhere, or even ecu communication issue or ecu.

Update- i drove around 20 miles to the dealership, no codes or lights or yelling. Showed the toyota guy the video he he chalked it up to a glitch. He read the codes and said nothing came back. Also said If the abs sensor gets janky or something that it will throw a lot of codes.

I am gonna go stick the FIXD box my father in law gave me last Christmas in the truck. Could come in handy if my display goes all Las Vegas on me, like your video.

It wasn't a code that was thrown. Your instrument cluster lost communication with the ecu. I have one on the bench that does the same exact thing with no canbus hookup. Look at the E for temperature in your photo - that indicates lost cluster communication, not a lot of codes being thrown from a janky abs - lol.
    Typical service advisor answer.
You have an intermittent issue somewhere with the canbus or cluster.

I was thinking the exact same thing. We had a car with bad seal around the windshield and after a heavy rain, it would do that: lit up like a damn christmas tree.

The water was dripping on the the ECu in the cabin and wreaking havoc. Two new seals around the windshield took care of the issue for us (they didn't get the seal right the first time) but it happened so many times that we jst traded it in for a different vehicle.

I'd maybe check for moisture around the passenger side?

Rodents? Or Rodents + rain? Shorts may not be not realized till harnesses with frayed wires got wet now they’re touching indirectly due to water activity as pooled conductance?
