64s. Been a few years but I thought I remembered the Air Force flying Huey’s from Cairns.

Nice! That's a sweet plane to be getting your multi in, love 310s. Usually it's some pile of crap Seminole people get stuck in.

Turbine Duke lol! I worked in GA for 12yrs and only saw one once, that's like saying you should get your driver's licence in a Ferrari f40! Hell I think I only saw a duke 3 times ever, super rare aircraft!

I'm loving the 310. It was this or a Duchess and the price was close enough that I opted for the 310 because time and experience in this aircraft will be more valuable.

We had a duke based at the airport I work line service at in Dallas, but it just crashed this year...There is also a duke based at the airport I work line service at in Arkansas that I see fly once every now and then

They do that shit all the time. Truck drivers who think they have a sports car. The C-17 is the aircraft version of a cargo aircraft, with the C-5 being a Tundra. Can't haul as much and needs to refuel more often, but a hell of a lot sportier.

When they'd come in to air shows, the F-15s would show off a little before landing. The C-17s would then do the same maneuvers. Empty, of course, because that shit is hard on the cargo and pax!

Started training in the 300c today. Different the the 22/44. I really enjoyed and only have 4 more hours to do.

What is your total time? It is a pilot’s market right now, plenty of opportunities. You probably won’t get into a Gulfstream 650 but all sorts of other jobs are available for low timers that weren’t 5 or 10 years ago.

I spoke with a pilot in the TN National Guard for the C-17 and he said that they tend to hire prior-enlisted guys into their pilot positions. I'm not going to enlist with a unit when I can get picked up straight into a pilot position in a different unit.

I know of only 2 pilots being prior enlisted in the unit.

Well that's interesting now isn't it? I wonder why he would tell me that.
