I’m interested in this model because the safety chain bracket looks most like the OEM hitch but from the looks of things it may sit 2” lower than stock. Anyone got any pictures of this installed? Thanks in advance!!!

From Amazon review in your link

"Do not buy! This product is NOT direct bolt on. Modification of the old hitch and brackets is required to mount to 2012 Toyota Tacoma V6"

I'm willing to chalk that up to user error, the seller responded immediately saying it should be a direct bolt on. I'm looking for installed pics.

Shouldn’t, has nothing to with the camera in the tailgate.

I'm willing to bet that the customer who couldn't figure out how to install it didn't know what the included spacers were for. Since the hitch mounts between the frame and the bumper bracket, it holds the bumper bracket out a bit (1/4" on both sides), which means that the spacer needs to be installed between the bumper bracket and the bumper in order to make it fit.
