I didn’t chase girls until I was 18, my parents thought I was gay until dad caught me making out with a girl in our garage, he seemed relieved.

 

No ridge beam, the ceiling joist below run the wrong direction for 12’. Will be adding a ridge beam and cabling the exterior walls together over that span, along with some rafter/collar ties. They didn’t use hangers at the ceiling below eithe, just toe nail to a ledger.

 

I’m making this up as I go, we’ll run it by an engineer when I’m done.
