Grill guard with Toyota Safety Sense 2018 SR5

I just purchased a 2018 tacoma SR5. I would like to add a bully bar or equivalent to the front of the vehicle. I hit a deer with with my 89 bronco, and only suffered minor damage because of the grill guard.

Will the bully bar/skid plate disable or prevent the front facing sensors from operating?

Has anyone here done this modification, and is there a way to relocate the radar sensors?

Just saw this & might help. Not sure if a solid bar in front of sensor would be ok tho. He is reporting it's just mesh in front on his
