The results look awesome! Nice job. I did the same thing with my low beams. It made a world of difference to my ageing eyes. Kevin.

There ya go.. I just installed Hikari in my truck the other day. Already had LED in there. Was an upgrade. The Hikari are 6000lm per bulb. But not 2x the output sadly, but good.

    Looks good OP

I did a good deal of research between LED and HID in a projector housing. I was swayed to the LED route and ended up with the Supernova v3 brand. I only swapped low beams because I rarely use high beam living in the city.

I will say this regarding 5,000+ kelvin bulbs. Driving in rain/fog/snow does tend to suck when compared to the 4,000-ish kelvin bulbs out there. I ended up getting some CaliRaised Amber fog pods to compensate during those times. I have also noticed when driving in areas with orange lighting, such as city and highway roads, my lights do tend to get lost in the orange where it feels like my lights aren't on.

Although the producer of this video pitches their own products in the end and the gimmick about shooting the bad contenders is dumb, the tests performed did push me in their direction.

    Low/High/Fog LED Bulb Size (H11): https://headlightrevolution.com/supernova-v-3-led-headlights-h11-h16-bulbs/

The manual does say H9 for high beams, but H11 fits all three.

I was thinking of getting the CaliRaised amber fogs, how do you like them?

I did the Supernova v3s as well. They have an amazing pattern in the low beam projector. Ill get some pictures when I'm home tonight.
