I use a clamp to raise the cross member into place when pulling those bolts, when I need to move it down I pull down on it with one hand and give it some love taps with the other.

This is through Discover, and you don't have to have a card/loan through them to use it. They actually give you your FICO score instead of just Transunion and Equifax like Credit Karma and the like.
