I reached my good low calorie count after 8 minutes today. I was like, "Well shit, now what do I do?" So I just coasted to the end.

You set it on 15 and go ham for 6 or 7 minutes and youre golden. I have to take mine on the 13th, so I have to quit smoking again before then or I'm going to have a very bad day.

Why do you have to quit smoking before then?

I get killed now when I do cardio. And I quit 19 years ago.
Have to carry a rescue inhaler in case shit happens.

Yea, I'm terribly outta shape right now so and smoking in general is bad enough for you. Need to finish this PRT off so I can start lifting again. Got all this dough to remove. I can't stop eating tacos and steak so I'm only shooting for 2 abs. Gotta keep it real.

What happened, did someone break the glass that was there? That shit looks tight for Lexan! Very nice. Better than Plexi too as a replacement window.

So I was wanting to black out my rear window on my camper shell for a couple reasons. The main was so people couldn't look in and see my fridge (and other gear) and also to help keep heat out. So I took it upon myself to buy a 10' roll of 5% carbon tint and I'll do it myself! 10' is enough to do it twice, so if I mess up it's not a big deal at all.

SA-WEET! You got the good stuff! That's gonna be really nice. Some people claim that adding tint just draws the heat to the surface of the window but if you look at vids on the tube where they measure that is BS. The right tint reflects the heat. Yea, the outside might get hot but the inside stays cool. In the end it will be a benefit to keeping the sun off the fridge too.

Yeah I was going to get the cheap stuff for $11 a roll, but I figured I'd spring for the "expensive" stuff at $20 so it lasts forever.
