Good Day Internet People!

I have decided to start contributing to TW. I have got some pretty good information off of here and I figure I should give some back. I have been through a couple Tacoma's and PU's and still have a couple. Recently I just moved up in the world and got my self a 2018 Pro and left my previous '07 OR behind. I also have my '85 pickup that is built for the big stuff that my little Pro can't do. Good to be here everyone! I look forward to contributing to TW and hopefully help out some people.

It is my '85 long bed pickup, and it's name is "Som-B The Won Ton Toyota". My dad brought it home when I turned 16 on a trailer. The 22RE was in pieces in the bed of the truck and it was oxidized grey. He handed me a Chilton's and said we better get to work. We rebuilt the motor, painted the exterior, and got the seat reupholstered. I did a couple of learning lifts on it before I bought a decent pro comp lift. The day after I graduated I rolled it being a dumb ass. I turned it into a T-top for about 6 months before I put a new '88 cab on it. 2 months of winter in Central Oregon was enough for me to cough up the money for a new cab. I went to the flat bed when I changed the cab out. I drove around like that for some years. 3 years ago I started the big transformation. I did the following;

Corporate 14 rear
Dana 60 front
Front and rear discs (working on the breaking power. It is a bit of a bitch to get it right)
Rear pickup leafs in the front
1/2 ton chev leafs rear
Tucked the leaf mounts in the frame to lower it (I sit 22.25" off AFF to the lowest point with a 113"-116" adjustable wheel base.)
Dual T case with the 15 degree marlin adapter
Fully Hydro steering form TG
Lifted the motor to account for the ram
I recentered H1 wheels for with a 3.5" offset (82.75" width on 37x15.50 boggers)
New fancy ass leather seats out of a 318is 2dr


The pump blew out the first time I took it out and have not gotten to fixing it (I have too many projects). I have the new pump ready to install. I just have to do it. I should have it ready this summer again pending on all the damn time I am spending on my wedding in August.

I am sure there is more I am missing, but that is the basic run down of it.

P.S. It is Camel (Toe) Tan right now. I am going to all black this yearish.
