Hey, if it has wheels under it, it's parked. If it's in the water, it's docked. :D

    Thanks !!!

I'm running 265/70 16 Toyo Open Country Mud Terrains
Yeah I'm happy it didn't happen while driving , if it is the module then it's the 4th one to fail in 18 years since I bought that distributor

I'm going to wait until this weekend and start troubleshooting all the wiring . Talked with MSD support a little while ago and they told me how to check for spark on the box and check the coil . I also know how to check the Mallory Unilite module

MSD tech did mention that the Mallory Unilite is very sensitive to voltage spikes and also that distributor is kinda old . Since I've got an oil leak at the collar /base and have gotta pull the distributor to change gaskets . Might swap it out to a more dependable MSD Pro Billet mech adv magnetic distributor

Yep , I had quite a few people offer to help me !!

Coil is grounded using a #8 guage wire that ties in with the engine to body ground

Awesome pic and good luck with the ultrasound and that they find the source of the pain you're experiencing

I checked out those MSD "Ready to run " distributors on Summit last night but all they have are Vacuumn adv design for sbc . I need to run a mech adv because of my timing curve and easier to lock out timing

This is what I'm looking at https://www.summitracing.com/parts/msd-85551
