How Well Does Meguiars Scratch X 2.0 Work?

    Pretty darn well. 5 years of daily use on this door sill and it looks pretty bad.

    This is the before photo. That haze is scratches and the door sill is clean with no dirt on it:

    Next image is after applying Scratch X 2.0 to a microfiber cloth, rubbing it in liberally, then wiping clean. No wax applied. You can still see the deep scratches, but it did a great job of blending the majority of scratches.

    Bottom line: it's a great quick fix for light scratches. :)

    It's a pretty decent product, but don't forget that it also contains a good dose of fillers. That means the effect will fade pretty quickly - like after a wash or two.

    Its not a wax and its dirt cheap.

    Chemical Guys sells waxes that cost $1,500-$2,500.
