I've got the stock 16" 6 lug trd rims and I need some new all-terrain tires. Any recommendations? Not looking to spend a ton if possible.

I've got Michelin LTX/ATs and I love them. They run so smooth and wear has been very good, I doubt I would ever buy anything else. In reality you can't really go wrong with any of the major brand names and people, me included, always have their favorites. Goodyear,General,Michelin,BFG's are all good products. Good luck! It's always exciting to have new tires!:fingerscrossed:

KO2s have always treated me well, beat them up pretty good almost every weekend and have never had an issue with them other than accelerated wear and tear, but that's to be expected. But never a flat.

I'm actually looking at Cooper ST Max tires for my next set when I go up to 33s as a skinny tire option, hear good things about them.

BF Goodrich KO2 LT265/75R16 are my winner. I used to have Michelin A/S tides and they just did not look like they belonged on a truck. Much happier with the aggressive look of the KO2’s. Very quiet as well.

I love my KO2s, but there IS a trade-off. They are HEAVY bastards, and will most definitely affect your MPG. They're like 51# apiece or something like that?

I don't remember what my mileage was with my stock tires, but as long as I remember to keep my ECT on I average almost right at 18mpg in mixed city/hwy driving. With ECT off I average right at about 17.5.

You know Ima dreamer, and my heart’s offroad. I had to drive away high, so I didn’t get stuck low. Home Sweet Home...
I am rolling Sailun Terramax AT and have had them in plenty of off pavement situations. Have not had them through winter yet, so a snow/ice report is forthcoming. They have allowed me to keep average GPM between 19 and 21. They have a slight off-roading tire type hum ONLY if you listen for it. Coolest thing about these, aside from the economic price point, they have a subtle fire graphic moulded around the side walls. Zoom to see.

If you are not wanting to spend a lot but still want a good AT then take a look at the Falken Wildpeak ATW3. There is an entire thread on here dedicated to this tire and it has really good reviews. I was going to put Duratracs on my Taco next but instead will likely opt for the Falkens.

Lots of thread s about tires here.

Ive had Cooper ats and they lasted 60k on my work truck prerunner (that i drive like a sports car)

Currently have Ko2's on my personal truck. Will jump to KM3's when i can afford some wheels, lift and 285s

Falken AT3W if you’re not looking to spend a lot of money. I was about to go with KO2’s but everyone has them. I heard a lot of good things about KO2’s and some bad as well. But I haven’t read anything bad about the AT3W’s yet.

I have used both Falken AT3 and currently have Hankook dyna pro a/t. Both good tires but the hankooks seem to be wearing better
