I recently had a flat in which the tire is not repairable. Unfortunately I won't be able to have the tire replaced for a week. My normal tires are 265/70/r17 and my spare is the original 245/75/r16. I have the spare up front. I do need to do some driving for work and such. My question is, how damaging or unsafe is it to be driving the truck like this? I won't be putting hundreds of miles on it or anything.
