OE Roof Rack

has anyone had success with the ebay oem style roof rack? I bit the bullet and bought it yesterday with the 20% deal they were running and it already got here. Opened the box and the brackets are different... anyone?

 

Do you have pictures of the brackets? Did you get a good deal? I bought mine from the local Toyota dealership for $281.00 OTD...

 

I paid $115, if it doesnt pan out im going to be over what you paid...

 

I also bought an Ebay version but my brackets are exactly like the oems.

Maybe contact the seller?

 

Did yours also come with a separate rubber piece that fits under the actual rails itself?

Yes it came with everything that and oem would. Only difference were the screws.

Yea save it and contact him and if that doesnt work out report it to ebay. I believe they will refund you just dont quote me on it.

Also did not come with rubber weather seals only stainless washers??? I already have a tube of clear rtv ready as i do not want any problems

Definitely not the correct brackets.. you may want to contact the seller, and see if they can exchange it??

 

Im kicking myself for cheaping out and not buying oem...
