2018 grille garnish on knock off grille

    Hi all, I recently purchased a 2018 trd off road tacoma as well as one of the Chinese knock off trd grille to go along with it. I understand that this grille does not have the insert for the TSS sensor garnish although I did still purchase the 2018 garnish. I am wondering if there is any way I could make the 2018 garnish fit into my 2016-2018 Chinese trd grille? Thanks!!

    Thank you all!! And I figured that there is a way to put the 18 garnish on the 16-18 TRD knockoff grille. Does anyone have any suggestions or experience putting this garnish on? I just really don't want to have to purhase the OEM 18 grille since it' much harder to find and more expensive!
