    Wife just got home from a long road trip.

    Her RAV4 looks like it was hit by every bug between here and the Outer Banks.

    My Taco needs it's weekly wash anyway.........so I'm gonna chill, grill and massage my meat.

    Breakfast at church tonight. Hope someone brings gravy my wife requested sweet potato waffles so i opted for that and these bad boys. No butter so i subd bacon grease... They are fantastic

    There was fresh homemade plum jelly there so i got to cap my breakfast supper off with dessert

    Whipped up some oat flour this mornin and made some sweet potato waffles .i didnt tell my wife or daughter that i didnt just use Sr flour until after i asked what they thought about em. They said they were really good. I think i may do a "healthyish" meals episode since summer is here and people may be trying to drop a few pounds. Each waffle was about 80 cals had 4 gr of fiber and 3 grams of protein even with syrup it would be under 20 cals and with an egg and a glass of milk would be getting close to 20 gr of protein at ~300 calories.
